Phil James – Managing Director
Phil is Managing Director and a co-founder of Waldon Telecom. He began working in the telecommunications sector in 1995, shortly after graduating as an Estate Management Surveyor from South Bank University. Initially specialising in the Acquisition of new base station sites for UK Telecommunication Operators. Phil has worked closely with his co-Directors to grow Waldon Telecom organically to become one of the largest privately-owned companies in the sector. Phil is focused on managing and delivering growth to the business whilst providing our Clients with the highest levels of quality and service.

Adam Coxen – Consultant
Adam has been building, advising, investing in, and selling fast-growth Telecom and Engineering companies for nearly twenty years. He has a strong track record in creating value for shareholders. Adam holds a degree in Economics from City University, London, and is a Graduate of the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. He was Runner-up Sunday Times NED of the Year 2014 and 2016, and a Finalist for the Institute of Directors' Director of the Year 2016.

Ranjit Cooner – Operations Director
Ranjit has over 22 years’ telecoms experience at senior management and Director levels. He has also managed numerous high-profile special projects for a wide range of telecoms clients. Ranjit graduated with a BA Hons degree in Business Information Management from John Moores University, Liverpool in 1995, where shortly after he began his career in telecoms.

Tom Clary – Business Development Director
Tom is one of Waldon’s original founders, earning a wide range of telecoms experience throughout the last 20 years. After jointly forming the business in 1998, Tom has enjoyed numerous roles within the company from IT and Project Management, to Operations Director. In 2017 he was appointed as Business Development Director heading up the Sales and Marketing functions with Greg Collett. He graduated from London University and joined APT (Marconi) in 1995.

Greg Collett – Business Development Director
Greg studied Estate Management at De Montfort University, Leicester before moving to a south-east based telecoms consultancy. He spent time with both in the UK and Europe before moving on to join one of the National Operators working on network rollout in London. Along with Phil James and Tom Clary, Greg is a founder member of Waldon Telecom and together with Tom is now responsible for client management at a national level, together with exploring new opportunities for the company.

Alastair Watts – HR Director
Alastair is a people specialist focusing on delivering a highly skilled and motivated workforce that meets the needs of the Clients and the business. With over 20 years of active involvement in the wireless infrastructure sector he understands exactly what is required. Alastair is particularly interested in identifying, training and developing new people at Waldon, ensuring it has the most talented and diverse human resources in the industry.
