Bryan Casey – Managing Director:

Bryan has a wealth of experience across the construction and infrastructure sectors in various transformation, finance and commercial roles and joined Waldon in 2022. Previously Bryan was the Finance Director of the Telecoms Division in M Group and was an integral part of the expansion of the business over the last 5 years. Bryan is focused on managing and delivering growth to the business whilst providing our clients with the highest levels of quality and service.

Greg Collett – Business Development Director:

Greg leads all business development and growth opportunities for Waldon. As a co-founder of Waldon in 1998 he has seen the business adapt and grow from an acquisition-based consultancy to a Tier 1 E2E telecoms infrastructure services-based company. Since the acquisition of Waldon by M Group Services in 2021 Greg has continued to work as Business Development Director and is responsible for developing new and existing workstreams.

Alastair Watts – Head of HR:

Alastair started his career in Land and Development before moving into the Mobile Telecoms sector in 1997. He joined Waldon in 1999 initially as an Acquisition Surveyor before moving into a People specialist role focusing on delivering a highly skilled and motivated workforce to support the growth of the Business. With over 25 years of active involvement in the wireless infrastructure sector, he understands exactly what is required. Alastair is particularly interested in resourcing and developing new people at Waldon, ensuring it has the most talented and diverse human resources in the telecom sector.

Ranjit Cooner – Operations Director:

Ranjit graduated with a BA Hons in Business Information Management from John Moores University, Liverpool in 1995, Ranjit has over 28 years of telecommunications experience and has been with Waldon since 2002. He has managed many high-profile projects across various operators, as the company expanded. Ranjit was on the board of directors which oversaw the sale of Waldon Telecom to M-Group Services in 2021. Ranjit is now responsible for all of Waldon’s operational delivery and leads the Client Directors.

Katrina Parton – Head of SHEQ:

Katrina holds a NEBOSH Diploma in Health and Safety, has worked in mobile telecommunications for over ten years, and joined Waldon in 2022. Katrina leads by example by establishing SHEQ standards and promoting collaborative ethics throughout the organisation. Katrina strives to exceed expectations by having extensive industry and client knowledge.

Luke Day – Commercial Director:

Luke has a wealth of experience working across multiple sectors successfully delivering a wide range of projects under various contractual frameworks. Combined with having worked within client and contractor organisations he understands how to utilise innovative, collaborative contractual relationships and frameworks to deliver mutual benefit and meet our clients' needs.
