Our Field Services teams are highly experienced telecoms engineers, approved by all major site providers.

Our Back Office, Rigging and I&C teams also offer an expert, first-class service, operating daily across the UK. Internal Field Services, supported by a central Back Office team, are a core competence within Waldon. This allows us to control and manage the full end-to-end lifecycle of a project, seamlessly and down to the last detail.

Full service capability
Field Services experience and knowledge runs deep within the business - from supervisors to delivery managers, we ensure efficient and safe job planning occurs in conjunction with technical support and liaison to the field teams and customer.

We have been undertaking installation and commissioning work for many years and are currently working on several high profile roll-out programmes. We operate UK-wide across all networks and our experienced engineering teams are fully trained to install hardware from vendors including Ericsson, Huawei and Nokia.

Additional Field Services
To complement our Field Services expertise, we have been commissioned to complete many maintenance projects on cell sites across different site portfolios. Typical works include health and safety upgrades, electrical testing, site vegetation clearance, LOS works, antenna and feeder replacement, plus antenna optimisation. Additionally, we also provide a rapid, reactive response to requests from network customers to undertake rectification works where sites are off air.

To complete our Field Services capability we undertake all categories of site decommissioning works from de-rigging antennas on network operator sites, to third-party towers, through to removal of large cabins and grillage from rooftop and street-works sites.
